In this online lesson plan for doctoral students in organizational leadership, I focused on fostering active and problem-based learning (PBL) techniques that empower students to engage in their own learning process. The plan focuses on guiding students to identify and apply theoretical frameworks to real-world business problems, nurturing critical thinking and practical problem-solving skills. By incorporating a Week 2 debrief and discussion, I encourage ongoing research refinement and solution building, reinforcing the concept of metacognition and the value of peer interaction. This approach reflects my belief in providing a dynamic learning environment where students actively seek and apply knowledge, aligning with my dedication to guiding students toward scholarly excellence and practical application in the field of organizational leadership.
